罗序中（1969年1月—），男，江西上饶人，南京大学博士，现任赣南师范大学党委常委、副校长、教授，定南产业学院理事长。主要从事功能有机分子设计与合成、LB膜组装及脐橙农药绿色替代品开发等研究，主持国家自然科学基金等科研项目20余项，获教育部提名国家科学技术奖自然科学一等奖（第四完成人）及发明专利1项。

1985年考入赣南师范学院应用化学系本科，就读一年之后被送往中国科技大学应用化学系培养。

2023年6月20日，中国共产党赣南师范大学第二届委员会第一次全体会议选举，罗序中当选中国共产党赣南师范大学第二届委员会常务委员会委员。

主要从事功能有机分子、功能配合物分子、功能分子薄膜的设计与合成，LB膜的组装与功能化研究两亲分子在水溶液中聚集结构及性能调控，脐橙农药绿色替代品，脐橙榨汁脱苦工艺及渣质利用等方面的研究。

先后主持、参与国家自然科学基金、教育部新世纪优秀 人才支持计划项目、江西省高校科技落地项目、江西省自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金等20余重大项目的研究工作。近年来，在J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Chem. Commun.、Soft Matter、J. Colloid Interf. Sci.、Langmuir等国际著名学术刊物上发表研究论文40余篇，其中30多篇被SCI收录。主持在研国家基金项目“负载于孔状高分子薄膜净化血吸虫污染水域缓释药剂研究”和江西省教育厅科技落地计划项目“脐橙农药绿色替代品-捕食螨的工厂化繁殖及脐橙皮渣有机肥产业化”，且已取得技术上的重要突破性进展和重要成果。
