班诺·福曼（Benno Fürmann），1972年1月17日出生于德国柏林克罗依茨贝格区，身高176厘米，德国演员。1991年赴美国纽约李·斯特莱斯伯格戏剧学院学习表演。

福曼出演过多部
电视电影,比较为国内人民所熟悉的一部电影是Ring of the Nibelungs,尼伯龙根的指环，与终结者三的TX
美女终结者演员合演的（那个冰岛女王）。
福曼外表有点像亚洲人，但他是土生土长的德国人，会说德语，土耳其语及英语，育有一女儿佐伊（Zoe），她在柏林生活。
