包承龙,现任
清华大学丘成桐数学科学中心助理教授。2005年至2009年于
中山大学获学士学位,2009年至2014年在
新加坡国立大学获博士学位,研究方向为数据科学与应用数学,涉及
图像处理、
稀疏编码及相空间层析成像算法领域。
主要成就
2025年12月,包承龙团队的“面向蛋白质结构解析的弱配对数据生成算法”入选2025年度医学人工智能代表性算法。该算法基于
概率图模型,包括LUD-VAE和SeNM-VAE模型,用于生成弱配对训练数据以解决
冷冻电镜中的低信噪比问题。
算法应用于冷冻电镜领域,解决了“优势取向”难题,开发了CryoPROS算法以生成高保真度辅助颗粒视图。成果在多套实验数据中验证有效性,并被国际生物软件联盟SBGrid收录。
