包承龙，现任清华大学丘成桐数学科学中心助理教授。2005年至2009年于中山大学获学士学位，2009年至2014年在新加坡国立大学获博士学位，研究方向为数据科学与应用数学，涉及图像处理、稀疏编码及相空间层析成像算法领域。

2025年12月，包承龙团队的“面向蛋白质结构解析的弱配对数据生成算法”入选2025年度医学人工智能代表性算法。该算法基于概率图模型，包括LUD-VAE和SeNM-VAE模型，用于生成弱配对训练数据以解决冷冻电镜中的低信噪比问题。

算法应用于冷冻电镜领域，解决了“优势取向”难题，开发了CryoPROS算法以生成高保真度辅助颗粒视图。成果在多套实验数据中验证有效性，并被国际生物软件联盟SBGrid收录。
